About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network in the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. It completes operational activities while minimizing risk and supports routine to moderately complex transactions, operations, and customer service tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners. The coordinator supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, resolves teller-line operating issues under regional banking management direction, and helps customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns and complaints. The position calls for excellent customer service, sound judgment within defined policies, identifying services that meet customers’ financial needs, and motivating a diverse team to meet business objectives. The work location is 5640 W Touhy Ave, Niles, Illinois 60714. The schedule may include most Saturdays; the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The stated base pay range is $23.00–$30.25 per hour, with possible incentive opportunities.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
Ability to represent one’s own experience directly during recruiting and hiring.
Third-party recordings are prohibited unless authorized by Wells Fargo.
