Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and interview aides based on the needs of the branch.
Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team on identifying best practices, strategies, and onboarding clinical/administrative staff.
Coordinate and ensure pre-employment activities are completed and in compliance with company standards.
Conduct new employee orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate areas.
Consult with HR Manager on all employee-related matters including but not limited to corrective actions, terminations, promotions, demotions, etc. prior to action.
Assist with scheduling, call-ins, and visit verification.
