PurposeCare is seeking a qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Branch Office Coordinator to support the local branch in providing care for the needs of our clients. This role involves handling a variety of office responsibilities and supporting caregivers who serve the community's most vulnerable. Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and interview aides based on the needs of the branch.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on identifying best practices, strategies, and onboarding clinical/administrative staff.
  • Coordinate and ensure pre-employment activities are completed and in compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate areas.
  • Consult with HR Manager on all employee-related matters including corrective actions, terminations, promotions, demotions, etc., prior to action.
  • Assist with scheduling, call-ins, and visit verification.
