Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or healthcare hiring (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring needs simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers, ensuring the agency has a reliable and compassionate workforce to support our clients.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregivers and healthcare staff
- Post and manage job advertisements across job boards, social media, and community channels
- Actively source candidates through referrals, networking, and recruiting events
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and credential verification
- Ensure all hires meet Pennsylvania state and agency compliance requirements
- Manage new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding and orientation
- Maintain accurate records of applicants, hires, and recruitment activities
- Track hiring progress and contribute ideas to improve recruiting strategies and candidate experience
