Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregivers and healthcare staff
Post and manage job advertisements across job boards, social media, and community channels
Actively source candidates through referrals, networking, and recruiting events
Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and credential verification
Ensure all hires meet Pennsylvania state and agency compliance requirements
Manage new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding and orientation
Maintain accurate records of applicants, hires, and recruitment activities
Track hiring progress and contribute ideas to improve recruiting strategies and candidate experience
