About The Position

OE Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative I or II to develop, expand, and maintain the credit union’s relationships with its members. The role involves understanding members’ financial needs, recommending relevant products and services, processing transactions, and providing high-quality service. The employee works under the direct supervision of a manager and is expected to follow applicable laws, banking regulations, credit union policies, procedures, and current promotions.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Engage members with a courteous and helpful attitude and establish a high-quality service environment.
Educate members about and cross-sell credit union products and services that address their financial needs.
Promptly process member transaction requests across applicable credit union products and services.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments and branches to provide efficient service.
Maintain professional conduct and foster positive internal and external relationships.
Develop and maintain knowledge of credit union products and services, applicable laws and regulations, policies, procedures, and current promotions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
