About The Position

OE Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative I or II to develop, expand, and maintain relationships with members. The role involves understanding members’ financial needs, recommending relevant products and services, processing transactions, and providing a high-quality service experience. Work is performed under the manager’s direct supervision. OE Federal Credit Union is a community-focused, labor-based credit union established in 1964. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Engage members with a courteous and helpful attitude and establish a high-quality service environment.
Educate members about and cross-sell credit union products and services that address their financial needs.
Promptly process member transaction requests across applicable credit union products and services.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments and branches to provide efficient service.
Maintain professional relationships with internal and external contacts.
Develop and maintain knowledge of credit union products, services, promotions, applicable laws and regulations, and organizational policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
