About The Position

OE Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative I or II to develop, expand, and maintain relationships with credit union members. The role involves understanding members’ financial needs, recommending relevant products and services, processing transactions, and providing a high-quality service experience. The position works under the direct supervision of a manager and supports the credit union’s commitment to members’ financial wellness.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Engage members courteously and help establish a high-quality service environment.
Educate members about and cross-sell credit union products and services that address their financial needs.
Promptly process member transaction requests for applicable credit union products and services.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments and branches to provide efficient member service.
Maintain professionalism and foster positive internal and external relationships.
Maintain knowledge of credit union products, services, and current promotions, and comply with applicable federal and state laws, banking regulations, and organizational policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
