About The Position

The Branch Manager is a hands-on leader who connects the branch with its community and customers. The role assists customers with financial needs in person and over the phone, leads branch employees, and oversees branch operations, including installment loans and income tax preparation. Success involves meeting branch goals while providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate and secure cash handling, completing loan and tax processes promptly and accurately, managing reporting and collections, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of loan processes and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with financial needs in person and over the phone.
