About The Position

Security Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a branch team and serve as a connection between the branch, community, and customers. The role involves assisting customers in person and over the phone with financial needs, overseeing branch employees and operations, and supporting installment loan and income tax preparation services. Success includes meeting branch goals while providing outstanding customer service, maintaining accurate and secure cash handling, completing loans and tax returns promptly and accurately, managing reporting and collections, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. The position is subject to a background check for convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities; only job-related convictions will be evaluated, and they will not automatically disqualify a candidate.

Requirements

Previous management experience.
Previous customer service experience.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
