Wells Fargo is seeking accomplished, people-focused leaders for a Branch Manager career within the National Branch Network. The Branch Manager serves as the branch sales leader, accountable for acquiring, deepening, and retaining customer relationships to drive growth in primary checking, deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments through disciplined execution, coaching, and performance management. The role leads and develops a team, builds an engaged and accountable culture focused on identifying customer financial needs, and recommends Wells Fargo solutions that deepen relationships and create long-term value. It also balances growth objectives with operational risk management to protect customers, employees, and the company. New leaders participate in the Branch Manager Readiness Program, which offers guidance, mentorship, job shadowing, and practical experience in day-to-day branch operations. Successful completion is required to transition into a Branch Manager position. During training, the position is an interim, nonexempt role. Branch assignment depends on business needs and availability at placement. Employees already serving as Wells Fargo Branch Managers are not required to complete the program. The role may cover branches in the East Vegas Valley area, with assignment based on business need and branch availability. During the first six months, and before or until placement in a specific branch, travel within the assigned geography may be up to 50%, depending on location. The schedule includes Saturdays. SAFE registration is required at employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date. Loan Originators must meet applicable LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies, including financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background standards. A credit report may be reviewed, excluding the credit score, and additional ongoing screening may apply. Visa sponsorship is not available. The offered base pay range is $31.25–$57.69. Eligible employees may also qualify for incentive opportunities. Wells Fargo describes its benefits as including health benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, disability benefits, life insurance, critical illness and accident insurance, parental leave, critical caregiving leave, discounts and savings, commuter benefits, tuition reimbursement, scholarships for dependent children, and adoption reimbursement.
