About The Position

Security Finance is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a branch team and serve as a connection between the branch, the community, and customers. The role assists customers with financial needs in person and by phone, while helping the branch meet its goals and provide respectful, outstanding service. Security Finance provides installment loans and income tax preparation to the communities where it operates.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
• Meet branch goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure the prompt and accurate completion of loan processes and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures.
