About The Position
The Branch Manager is a hands-on leader who connects the branch with its community and customers. The role involves assisting customers in person and by phone with financial needs, leading branch employees, and overseeing loan and income tax preparation services. Success includes meeting branch goals while providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate, compliant branch operations.
Requirements
- Previous management experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
- A valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
- Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
- Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
- Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
- Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures.
