About The Position

Security Finance is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a branch team and connect the branch with its community and customers. The role includes helping customers with financial needs in person and over the phone while supporting the company’s installment loan and income tax preparation services. The manager is responsible for leading employees, maintaining accurate and secure cash handling, meeting branch goals, ensuring accurate loan and tax-return processing, managing reporting and collections, and maintaining compliance with lending regulations and company policies. Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
