About The Position

Security Finance is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a branch team and serve as a connection among the branch, community, and customers. The manager assists customers by phone and in person with their financial needs and helps the branch meet its goals while providing outstanding service. Security Finance provides installment loans and income tax preparation in the communities where it operates.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
• Meet branch goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of loan processes and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures.
