About The Position

Security Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a branch team and serve customers in person and by phone. The role connects the branch with its community and supports customers with financial needs through installment loans and income tax preparation. The Branch Manager develops and manages employees, oversees branch operations and cash, meets goals while providing customer service, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
• Meet branch goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of loan processes and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures.
