About The Position

Security Finance is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a branch team and serve as a connection between the branch, the community, and its customers. The role involves assisting customers by phone and in person with financial needs and providing installment loans and income tax preparation services. The Branch Manager is responsible for developing and managing employees, maintaining branch cash and records, meeting goals, completing loan and tax processes accurately, supporting collections, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Assist customers by phone and in person with financial needs.
