About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager for its Mequon Branch. The Branch Manager leads the branch by developing employees, strengthening member relationships, and driving branch performance. The role includes coaching and supporting employees, providing personalized service to members, guiding responsible lending practices, overseeing daily operations, maintaining compliance, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The Branch Manager also builds community relationships and fosters a positive team environment that supports collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

At least 4 years of leadership or supervisory experience in banking, retail, hospitality, healthcare, customer service, operations, or a related industry.
A track record of coaching employees, building strong teams, and supporting professional development.
Ability to set expectations, manage performance, and achieve business goals.
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on leadership style focused on employee success, operational effectiveness, and building lasting customer relationships.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
