About The Position

Continental Battery Systems is seeking a career-minded, customer-focused Branch Manager for its Louisville location. The Branch Manager will lead daily operations, drive sales growth and customer satisfaction, lead and develop branch staff, and ensure the facility operates efficiently and safely. The role includes overseeing warehouse operations, inventory and distribution logistics, managing the branch’s profit and loss and expenses, and promoting battery recycling and renewable solutions in the local community.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of management experience in wholesale distribution, warehousing, or route-based sales.
• Proven track record of leading a team and managing profit and loss (P&L).
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.

• Background in the automotive, battery, or parts industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution logistics.
• Lead, train, and develop branch staff, fostering safety, teamwork, and high performance.
• Drive local sales initiatives and build lasting customer relationships in the Louisville market.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage branch P&L, control operational expenses, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
