About The Position

Security Finance is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a branch team and serve as a connection between the branch, community, and customers. The role provides hands-on leadership and assists customers with financial needs in person and over the phone. The company provides installment loans and income tax preparation to the communities it serves. Success involves developing and managing employees, maintaining accurate and secure office cash, meeting branch goals while delivering customer service, completing loan processes and tax returns promptly and accurately, managing reporting and collections, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations and company policies. The position is subject to a background check for convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities; job-related convictions will be evaluated and will not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to fluently communicate in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
