About The Position

Security Finance is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a branch team and serve as a connection between the branch, its community, and its customers. The manager assists customers in person and over the phone with financial needs, including installment loans and income tax preparation. The role includes leading employees, overseeing branch operations, meeting goals, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring compliance with applicable lending regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to fluently communicate in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
• Meet branch goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with financial needs.
