About The Position

Security Finance is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a branch team and serve as a connection between the branch, the community, and its customers. The role involves assisting customers with financial needs in person and over the phone, overseeing branch operations, and supporting the company’s installment loan and income tax preparation services. The manager is expected to motivate and develop employees, provide outstanding customer service, achieve branch goals, and ensure that loan and tax processes are completed promptly and accurately. The position also maintains cash security, reporting, collections, and compliance with lending regulations and company policies. The role is subject to a background check for convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities; job-related convictions will be evaluated but will not automatically disqualify a candidate.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
• Previous finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
• Meet branch goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of loan processes and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
