About The Position

Security Finance is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a branch team and connect the branch with its community and customers. The role provides hands-on leadership while helping customers with financial needs in person and over the phone. Security Finance provides installment loans and income tax preparation to the communities where it operates.

The Branch Manager develops, leads, trains, and manages branch employees; maintains office cash accurately and securely; and works toward branch goals while delivering outstanding customer service. The role also ensures prompt and accurate completion of loan processes and income tax returns, maintains reporting, minimizes delinquent debt through collection activities, and ensures compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
