About The Position

Security Finance is hiring a bilingual English/Spanish Branch Manager to lead a branch team and connect the branch with its community and customers. The role provides hands-on leadership while assisting customers by phone and in person with financial needs. Security Finance provides installment loans and income tax preparation, with an emphasis on community involvement and respectful customer service.

The Branch Manager develops, leads, trains, and manages branch employees; maintains office cash securely and accurately; and works toward branch goals while providing outstanding customer service. The role also oversees the accurate and timely completion of loan processes and income tax returns, maintains reporting, minimizes delinquent debt through collection activities, and ensures compliance with lending regulations and company policies and procedures.

The position includes hands-on and online training and new-hire class orientation. It is subject to a background check for convictions directly related to the role; only job-related convictions are evaluated and they do not automatically disqualify a candidate.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
