About The Position

Security Finance is hiring a bilingual English/Spanish Branch Manager to lead a branch and serve as a connection between the branch, its community, and customers. The manager helps customers with financial needs in person and over the phone, while leading a team and supporting the company’s installment loan and income tax preparation services.

The role involves developing and managing branch employees, maintaining office cash securely and accurately, meeting branch goals while providing strong customer service, and ensuring loan processes and income tax returns are completed promptly and accurately. The Branch Manager also maintains reporting, works to minimize delinquent debt through collection activities, and ensures compliance with applicable lending regulations and company policies. The position is subject to a background check for convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities; only job-related convictions are evaluated, and they do not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
