About The Position

The Auto Club Group is hiring an on-site Branch Customer Service Representative in Aurora, Colorado. The representative is the welcoming face of AAA, helping members access products and services while supporting member satisfaction, sales, and long-term relationships. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time, with one rotating Saturday per month from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve, and support members by promoting and selling memberships, travel products, select banking products, and other Auto Club Group offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and make outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions or concerns to senior staff, agents, or management when appropriate.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products; handle remittance and depository transfers; and balance the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods.
• Participate in office activities that support branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
