Branch Associate
About The Position
Locke Supply Co. is seeking a Branch Associate to serve customers and support branch operations at its employee-owned distributor of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC parts and equipment. The role focuses on providing helpful product recommendations and cost-effective solutions, maintaining accurate inventory and orders, keeping the branch and warehouse clean and organized, and collaborating with the team to meet branch profit goals. Associates may also assist with deliveries, shipping, and receiving, and are expected to take ownership of their technical learning through training on trade products and technologies. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.

- High school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and provide product recommendations and cost-effective solutions for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
- Track inventory and manage orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional branch and warehouse, and take initiative to improve the branch.
- Work with the team to meet branch profit goals.
- Assist with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed.
- Participate in training on trade products and technologies to develop technical knowledge.
