About The Position

Locke Supply Co. is seeking a Branch Associate to serve customers and support branch operations at its employee-owned plumbing, electrical, and HVAC supply business. The role combines customer service and product guidance with inventory, order, warehouse, delivery, shipping, and receiving support. Associates are expected to take pride in maintaining the branch, work collaboratively toward branch profit goals, and build their knowledge of trade products and technologies through training. The position offers participation in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and is described as having consistent daytime hours; branches are closed on Sundays.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical.

Nice To Haves

• A mechanically minded individual with a desire to learn the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
• Recommend products and cost-effective solutions for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
• Track inventory and manage orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch and warehouse.
• Work with the team to meet branch profit goals.
• Assist with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed.
• Participate in training to develop knowledge of trade products and technologies.
