About The Position

Locke Supply Co. is seeking a Branch Associate to serve customers and support branch operations at its employee-owned distribution business. The role focuses on providing customer service and product guidance for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects; maintaining accurate inventory and orders; keeping the branch and warehouse organized; and helping the team meet branch profit goals. Associates may assist with deliveries, shipping, and receiving, and are expected to participate in training to build their knowledge of trade products and technologies.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check, driving record check, DOT physical, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide product recommendations and cost-effective solutions for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
• Track inventory and manage orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch and warehouse.
• Work with the team to meet branch profit goals.
• Assist fellow associates with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed.
• Participate in training on trade products and technologies to develop technical knowledge and better serve customers.
