About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Brake and Tire Auto Technician to work in one of its high-tech Inspection Centers, where vehicles are inspected, repaired, and prepared for customers. The role performs light automotive maintenance and repairs, including brake and tire work. Entry-level training programs are available to help employees develop their skills and progress in pay.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs involving brake pads, calipers, and rotors.
• Install tires and perform wheel alignments.
• Use tools and equipment to perform automotive maintenance and repairs.
