About The Position

Join the team at the Box Elder Events Center in Box Elder, South Dakota. Requirements

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Be able to work standing for up to 8 hours.
Be able to carry trays weighing 25 pounds or more.
Be able to work under time pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Perform pre- and post-shift side work, including setup and replenishing condiments.
Clear tables after service.
Bring trays of dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware to the kitchen for cleaning.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and special requests to support guest satisfaction.
Notify a supervisor of guest complaints or unusual situations.
Properly store reusable goods.
Set up and break down function space and possibly assist with service.
Arrive on time and in uniform.
Perform other duties as assigned.
