About The Position

The Bowling Server at Guy Fieri's Downtown Flavortown welcomes guests and provides food and beverage service in the bowling area. The role includes helping guests schedule bowling through an automated kiosk, walking the alley to anticipate and meet guest needs, and resetting or troubleshooting bowling machines as needed. Servers are expected to follow signature service and Knuckle Sandwich food and beverage service steps, maintain a clean and organized station, work as part of a team, and help create a fun guest experience. The position requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Background check required; FACE participates in E-Verify.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of work experience in a high-volume restaurant or bowling venue.
• ABC Card.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoy interacting with families and children.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Commitment to safety to protect guests and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests.
• Follow all steps of signature service.
• Know bar drinks and food items.
• Serve hot food hot and cold food cold.
• Execute Knuckle Sandwich food and beverage steps of service.
• Treat guests as family and anticipate their needs.
• Walk the bowling alley to ensure guest needs are met.
• Reset and troubleshoot bowling machines as needed.
• Schedule guests for bowling using the automated kiosk.
• Work as a team player.
• Maintain a clean and organized station.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
