About The Position
The Recreation and Sports Associate develops and promotes league participation, supports league operations, supervises exercise participants, and performs administrative tasks related to facility operations. The role also performs other duties as assigned. The posting encourages candidates with an exercise-related bachelor's degree, an outgoing personality, excellent communication and customer service skills, and current CPR/AED certification to apply.

Responsibilities
- Develop, drive, and promote league participation.
- Distribute and collect registration forms.
- Create and distribute league rules.
- Create teams and referee games.
- Prepare and maintain fields.
- Expand and offer more leagues.
- Supervise and monitor exercise participants.
- Perform administrative tasks associated with facility operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
