About The Position

EXOS is seeking a Recreation and Sports Associate to support league participation and facility operations. The role promotes and expands leagues, handles league administration, referees games, prepares and maintains fields, supervises exercise participants, and performs related administrative and other assigned duties. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in an exercise-related field, an outgoing personality, excellent communication and customer service skills, and current CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, drive, and promote league participation.
• Distribute and collect registration forms; create and distribute league rules; create teams; referee games; and prepare and maintain fields.
• Expand and offer more leagues.
• Supervise and monitor exercise participants.
• Perform administrative tasks associated with facility operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
