About The Position

Great Lakes Petroleum is hiring a Boom Truck Operator in Charlotte, NC. Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are required.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment DOT-regulated drug screen.
• Meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical and medical requirements.
• Submit to quarterly random drug screens as required by FMCSA/DOT regulations.
• Excellent customer service demeanor.
• Available to work weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tanks in accordance with company and governmental regulations.
• Safely operate trucks according to company policies and state and federal laws.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct safety inspections of trucks, equipment, and/or facilities.
• Perform daily service checks, including checking oil, water, fuel, tires, and tank-related items.
• Complete and transmit paperwork in compliance with established company protocols.
