About The Position

Volt is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Operator in Charlotte, North Carolina. The operator executes the daily production schedule for filling, labeling, or kit packaging using manual and automated processes. The role follows standard operating procedures, good documentation practices, work instructions, safety rules, and quality guidelines. Operators work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned daily tasks. The work involves standing and performing repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. All shifts are available, and required PPE is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to stand, squat, push/pull, reach overhead, and climb a ladder.
• Ability to move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Required PPE: safety shoes and safety glasses.
