About The Position

OHM Concession Group owns, operates, and manages high-volume restaurants in airports across the United States. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and serving great food within a fun, fast-paced work environment. We are looking for upbeat, highly motivated crew members to join our opening team at our quick-service location in the Indianapolis Airport. Requirements

An upbeat, friendly attitude with a willingness to learn both front and back-of-house roles.
Ability to work on your feet for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25+ pounds.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a pre-employment background check to obtain an airport security badge.

Nice To Haves

Previous quick-service or cooking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prep food for the breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes using approved recipes.
Ensure top-tier quality, perfect serving temperatures, and strict portion control.
Follow all food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation guidelines.
Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen workstations throughout your shift.
Set the restaurant up for a successful transition to the next team.
Operate the restaurant, delivering on high standards, and preparing fresh, quality food.
