Requirements

Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Communication skills
Cash handling experience
Efficient typing skills with a focus on accuracy
Basic math skills for simple calculations
General computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
Open, update, and close repair orders.
Process customer payments and handle daily deposits.
Obtain customer contact information and provide repair status updates.
Maintain accurate records in CCC One, ARMS, and Body Shop Management Software.
Track customer satisfaction surveys, event logs, and delivery date commitments.
Review open repair orders daily with estimators and update production status.
Coordinate with insurance companies and schedule estimate appointments.
Ensure repair order documentation is complete and comply with company guidelines.
Collaborate with management, estimators, and support teams to improve operations and enhance the customer experience.
