Requirements
- Excellent communication skills for working with customers, technicians, and insurance adjusters.
- Proven experience in auto-body repair management or a related leadership role.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with estimating software (CCC ONE or similar) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations, from scheduling repairs to managing workflow for our skilled technicians.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers—providing estimates, explaining repairs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to process claims and approvals.
- Maintain quality control by inspecting completed work before delivery.
- Manage parts ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor shop performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment where technicians can thrive.
