About The Position

Hertrich Collision Center is hiring an experienced Body Shop Estimator for its new collision center. The role supports customers after vehicle accidents by providing a professional, supportive service experience. The estimator inspects damaged vehicles, prepares repair estimates and reports, works with insurance companies and adjusters, and keeps customers informed throughout the repair process. Requirements

• At least 3 years of collision estimating or insurance adjusting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance processes.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Additional training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and vendors professionally and with care.
• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates.
• Prepare detailed reports and calculate parts and labor costs.
• Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters.

• Process paperwork and ensure accurate system entries.
• Manage workload and prioritize multiple repair jobs.
