About The Position

Hertrich Collision Center is hiring an experienced Body Shop Estimator to work at its new collision center in Salisbury, Maryland. The role supports customers after an accident by providing a professional, supportive repair process. The estimator inspects damaged vehicles, prepares repair estimates and reports, coordinates with insurance companies and adjusters, and keeps customers informed throughout repairs. The position is based at 502 East Naylor Mill Road, Salisbury, MD 21804. Pay is $50,000 to $75,000 per year, with salary plus bonus potential.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of collision estimating or insurance adjusting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance processes.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Additional training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and vendors professionally and with care.
