About The Position

Billion Automotive is seeking a Body Shop Service Advisor/Estimator to join its Collision/Repair Team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The role estimates the cost of repairing damaged automobile and truck bodies based on visual inspections, works with insurance companies on customer claims, prepares and explains itemized estimates, and follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Billion Automotive is a family-owned business established in 1935 and a growing multi-state organization with more than 25 locations in Minnesota, South Dakota, and Iowa. Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Experience in estimating, a body shop, or the automotive field.
Confidence handling high volumes of work.
Effectively communicate with insurance companies and customers.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of CCC Pathways or CCC One estimating software.

Responsibilities
