Body Shop Estimator
About The Position
We are looking for a full time, dependable, highly motivated and friendly individual to join our Body Shop team. The Body Shop Estimator is a customer service representative at the dealership. Duties include but not limited to: Prepare Estimates for Insurance companies and potential customers Assist customers with the repair process from the initial estimate to the final delivery. Follow up progress of each repair order during the day. Maintain contact with the customer regarding status. On completion of work, deliver the vehicle to the customer and close out the repair order in the dealership management system.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Knowledge of insurance claims
- Ability to effectively communicate with others verbal and written
- Working estimating knowledge, including systems
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- Good time management
- Ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Must have a clean driving record
