This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred

  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for estimates and repairs
  • Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly experience
  • Maintain customer files and repair records accurately
  • Coordinate scheduling with estimators, technicians, and management
  • Perform general office duties (data entry, filing, paperwork)
  • Assist with insurance communication and documentation as needed
