About The Position

Transteck, Inc has an immediate opening for a Body Shop Service Advisor at our Transteck Collison Center. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact between our customers and our body shop. The Service Advisor is responsible for selling our services to our customers, conducting a visual safety inspection of customer's vehicles and ensuring all of our customers' needs are correctly addressed. Transteck, Inc. is one of the largest Freightliner dealers in the United States with 14 locations and 4 body shops. The company has over 200 trained technicians, over $7,000,000 in parts inventory and utilizes state of the art facilities. This large size provides resources for best in class facilities, training and equipment, working with the industry leader in large heavy duty trucks. Despite its size, the 14 locations from Pittsburgh to New Jersey through Maryland to Northern VA maintain a personal touch for training and motivation. Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• One years' experience in service roles, sales or customer service
• Must pass background & criminal records check
• Must pass physical exam
• Must pass drug screen
