About The Position
Transteck, Inc has an immediate opening for a Body Shop Service Advisor at our Transteck Collison Center. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact between our customers and our body shop. The Service Advisor is responsible for selling our services to our customers, conducting a visual safety inspection of customer's vehicles and ensuring all of our customers' needs are correctly addressed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- One years' experience in service roles, sales or customer service required
- Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Selling services to customers
- Conducting a visual safety inspection of customer's vehicles
- Ensuring all customer needs are correctly addressed
