Board Certified Physician Reviewer - Occupational Medicine - Texas License
About The Position
Dane Street, a national provider of Utilization Review services, is expanding its physician panel and seeking Board Certified Occupational Medicine physicians with an active Texas License. This is a telework, independent contractor (1099) opportunity offering supplemental income and schedule flexibility. Physicians will review medical necessity of treatment requests and previously denied services. The average review time is 15-20 minutes, allowing for multiple cases per hour. Training and onboarding are completed in less than one week, enabling physicians to start earning while maintaining their active practice. This role involves providing advisory-only opinions with no doctor-patient relationship or treatment provided.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Occupational Medicine
- Current, unrestricted Texas Medical License
- Active Practice
Responsibilities
