About The Position

The Treetop ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid in-clinic role in Arizona. The BCBA will provide individualized, evidence-based ABA care in a clinician-led, collaborative environment, with a manageable caseload and a 25-billable expectation. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends, and up to two work-from-home days each week depending on center growth and clinical needs. Candidates must reside in Arizona. The role includes designing and implementing therapy plans, conducting assessments, tracking client progress, mentoring behavior technicians, and partnering with families. The organization offers clinical mentorship, administrative and technology support, professional development, and opportunities for leadership growth. The stated base salary is $90,000–$110,000, with additional monthly performance-bonus opportunities and a limited-time sign-on bonus for qualified LBAs. Requirements

Active BCBA certification.
Arizona LBA certification.

Responsibilities

Design and implement personalized ABA therapy plans.
Conduct assessments and track client progress using data.
Lead, coach, and mentor behavior technicians.
Partner with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust.
Provide care across a hybrid caseload combining in-clinic and remote work.
Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
