Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA care in a supportive, play-focused environment. The position supports up to eight children and includes developing treatment plans, collaborating with families, and supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with opportunities to work from home on eligible days. The compensation package ranges from $84,500 to $120,000 annually, with potential for additional earnings based on center size, mentorship, and supervision responsibilities. Compensation includes base salary, performance and mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership eligibility under the stated role conditions.
Responsibilities
- Develop clinically sound and engaging treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
- Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
