About The Position

Join our growing team as a Part-Time BCBA and enjoy the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you while maintaining a small, manageable caseload. This is a flexible part-time opportunity with a caseload of only 1-3 clients, no minimum or maximum hour requirements, and no meeting requirements. Administrative support is provided, and you can choose your preferred client schedule (daytime, afternoon/evening, or a mix). Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery
